Dear All, if you have followed this blog you will see why I am writing all these. One is the heading to avoid meat from animals cost they suffer more then you can imagine even they could not speak but and could avoide the situation.
Two, it is because of my own greediness that I can create for myself the inconveniences and my health problems. 3 years ago I met a good friend who often invite me for supper after his tuition classes. We would have char koay tiow, rojack, ice kacang chicken wings, satay and the list of local food goes on. If I were to take vegetarian food this friend of my will comment they are the tasteless food. As days, months and years gone by. I became fatter and fatter and nowadays I can sleep without supper.
Now lets see where has gone wrong supper at the time of 10.30 to 11.3opm that is the time where my gall bladder is working at its peak. Sccording to Tradition Chinese Medicine this two hours the energy the gall bladder and 1-3am is your liver. So by putting all these fatty food into my system it has cause my gall bladder to even work harder and my gall bladder has protested and now I have to be very careful of what to it. So you are like me here is something to share with you.

Please avoid these food
Coffee, regular or decaf, ChocolateIce cream, Black teaAlcohol, beer, wine, liqueurFruit juice, Carbonated water, Tap water, Turnips,Cabbage, cauliflower, Coke and all sodas Oats Wheat, Barley, Eggs, pork, onion, fowl, milk, oranges, grapefruit, corn, beans, nuts, in that order. Foods, Saturated fats (even coconut oil until feeling better)Red meatsDairy products.
So now you see why I got no choice but to go for vegetarian. My favourite is still curry laksa but cause of the coconut milk I have to forgo. Eggs is also a number 1 killer because of it high level of cholestrol.
So What can you eat well you can eat anything and avoid the food listed above. Good luck and good health
